Troubleshooting
Sorry to hear that you are having technical difficulties with the website. All pages and videos are working fine. The first thing to try is to try closing your browser and starting over. If that doesn't work, try emptying your computer's cache

If you are having trouble with the simulations, The sims are working fine. Remember, to answer the questions, you choose only one answer by clicking the checkbox and then hit 'submit'. Then you can choose another answer. You can keep selecting as long as you like, one answer at a time. When you want to move on, you click the 'next question' button. If you want, you can watch the brief video on the simulation home page for a visual reminder.
If you are not seeing a final score, or are not seeing the 'finish' button, make sure that you are set on 'show questions one by one' and not 'show all answers' (see top right of question box). If that isn't the problem, try a different browser or device. Once you click the 'finish' button, you will see you score and whether you passed or failed.
